Remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 1:3 (ESV)
A Labor of Love outside these walls is an expansive ministry spreading across many different areas of craftsmanship, creativity and other methods of discipleship. If you have a special skill or talent and believe that you can put it to work for the Lord, then the Labor of Love Ministry is a good starting point. You don’t have to stay in just one area though, spread out, learn, share and teach your skill to others in our church and in our community.

Before Christmas in 2015 we were able to deliver 75 blankets to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital and 25 blankets to the Baptist Nursing Home. We also delivered over 100 hats. Since this ministry was started in 2009 we have donated approximately 850 blankets and 1300 hats!
We have also begun a series of “Days of Kindness” which gives our members an opportunity to come together and reach out to our community to share our love as well as Christ’s love.
