Verse of the Day (Page 226)

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.  For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

If a man say, I love God and hateth his brother, he is a liar:  For he that loveth his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

And when e had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto the, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

¹³ And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye search for me with all your heart.

¹º Love worketh no ill to his neighbor:  therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

²¹ For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and he pondereth all his goings.

Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way:  but wickedness overthroweth the sinner.

¹³ Wherefore the Lord said, For as much as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.  This is the first and great commandment.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:  and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judeaa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
