Verse of the Day (Page 198)

Be not deceived; God is not mocked:  for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass.  The grass withereth. and the flower thereof falleth away:  But the word of the Lord endureth forever.  And this the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:  and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.  By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

He that followeth after righteousness and mercy, findeth life, righteousness, and honour.

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humbles themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.  That the man of God may be perfect thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children.  Ye are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth.  

Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain:  but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

I am crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:  and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
