Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and truth.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing event to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers to the desert.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
