And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy loving kindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought this judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord’s anger.

And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.

The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.

See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
