For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

Like as a father pitieth his children, So the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

There are many devices in a man’s heart; Nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: for where your treasure is there will your heart be also.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
