For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass.  The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away.    But the word of the Lord endureth for ever.  And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.  By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if he have love one to another.

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.    Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

³He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life:  but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righeousness”  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

I am crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:  and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

² Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand throne of God.

¹Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy loving kindness:  according to the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.  ² Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

For I say through the grace given unto me, to every man that is given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
